PlaceVine, a Web-based information service that facilitates brand integration transactions across film, TV, and the Internet, introduced its Brand Intelligence Service October 22. Through PlaceVine, content producers can create pages highlighting the opportunities for sponsorships and product placements in their works, while brands can create pages with information about their products. The two groups can then search each others’ pages to find ideal brand integration deals.

The recently launched Placevine.com has created a new cyber meeting room for producers and advertisers. The NYC-based web service, which already has a number of Canadian brands on board, is offering a way to connect film, television and web content producers with brands seeking sponsorship and product-placement opportunities.

It appears that online matchmaker services aren't designed just for singles. PlaceVine, a Web-based platform, officially launches today connecting marketers to brand integration opportunities in film, television and online... PlaceVine's Brand Integration Service is an information network where content producers, such as film studios, TV networks and Web programs, can list opportunities for upcoming projects. Brands and agencies can then trawl for placements.
